Transparent yellow with green iridescence. Well-formed, long-lasting foam with fine bubbles rising constantly to the surface. Pretty tears form if you turn the glass.

Medium intensity aromas of not very ripe white fruits and certain floral notes.

It has a fresh fizz and a smooth sweetness which partly envelops the acidity.
