Sparkling cherry red. Endless streams of very fine bubbles rising very slowly to form crowns on the surface.

Very ripe red fruit aromas such as fig, with the aromas of aging, a pronounced smoky nose.

Smooth, medium acidity and fruit compote  pallet. Very long, well-balanced finish.
