Straw yellow with a metallic shine. Well-formed, long lasting foam. Beautiful streams of fine, small bubbles rising to the surface to form long-lasting foam crowns.

Intense well-ripened fruit aromas, like pears in syrup, together with the toasty, smoky aromas and brioche associated with aging.

Fresh pallet with a pleasant, well-integrated fizz. Again the flavours of aging and ripe fruit. Smooth and fresh with a long finish.
