Second fermentation in the bottle: In our winery, (7 metres under the floor level), with a constant room temperature of 15ºC. It ages quietly there, till the riddling time with the same temperature.

Labelling which details the disgorging date.

Tasting Note

It has yellow transparent with gilded touches in the meniscus, of great quickness. It has high formation of foam and of long persistence. The bubble is thin and ascends constant and tireless forming a rosary up to creating the wreath in the surface.

Aromas of intensity average - discharge to white and beefy fruits that us resemble the banana and the peach, with notes to bark of bread and certain floral incorporations for below.

We notice in mouth a tickle of the carbonic one that little by little is leaving the different aromas and flavours show. He is a Franc and balanced. Praises return to bring up aromas to white fruit. It possesses a long and agreeable end with excellent sensations.
